1.How to Place My Order?

*.sent us your logo&size or tell us your idea,also email us your quantity.
*.we will quote you estimate price
*.we make the artwork for your referece,till you satiesfied the artwork.
*.if you need sample,then we make sample at first.and show you sample picture for your comfirm.
*.after you comfirm the sample,then we will make mass production.
2.What forms of payment do you accept?

We will only accept Payments as follows:
* T/T
* Western Union
* Paypal (For order over 500usd, otherwise we need charge 4% for the handling fee)
3.What would be the best product for the best price?

It depends of the artwork. The artwork will define which process will best fit your inquiry between "Printing" and "Embossing".
According to the artwork, and your budget we will then be able to make our best recommendation.
4.How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?

Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number.
5. Can I get product samples?

Yes, we can offer you the free production samples. please contact us at the e-mail.
6.Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we do have a catalog. Don’t hesitate to contact us to ask us to send you one. Or You can visit us during one of our exhibition Shows. Check our news section for the latest update on this.
7.What are your lead times?

Sampling is around: 3-5 days
Mass production: 7-10 days under 5000pcs; 15-18days under20000pcs;
8.What guarantee do I have that assures me I will get my order from you since I have to pay in advance

We do not only believe that our job consists in making good products but also building strong and long-term relationship with our customers. Our reputation among customers and their satisfaction are the main reasons for our success.
Furthermore, whenever a customer makes an order, we can make approval samples on request. It is also in our own interest to get approval from the customer first before starting production. This is how we can afford a "Full After-Sales Service". If the product does not meet your strict requirements, we can provide either immediate refund or immediate remakes at no extra cost to you.

9.What is the minimum order quantity (moq)?

We have no Minimum Order Quantity Now a days.
